Service Agreement & Terms

This Agreement is made between:

Snap to Share (“The Company”)

and

The Client(s) named on the invoice.

1. Service Overview

Snap to Share provides a QR code-based media sharing system for weddings and events.

Guests can upload photos and videos via a unique event link, which are collected into a private online gallery.

Services provided will depend on the package selected and paid for.

2. Payment, Activation & Acceptance of Terms

Full payment is required before services are activated.

QR codes and event access are activated from the date payment is received.

No service will begin until payment has cleared.

By paying the invoice in full, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and

agree to be legally bound by this Service Agreement and all terms outlined within it.

Payment constitutes formal acceptance of these terms.

3. QR Code & Event Duration

QR codes become live from the date of payment.

QR codes remain active until 30 days after the wedding/event date.

Upload access will automatically close 30 days after the wedding date.After this time:

Guests will no longer be able to upload media.

The gallery and stored media may be permanently deleted from the system.

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform guests of the upload deadline.

4. Media Storage & Download Period

All uploaded photos and videos will be accessible to the Client for 30 days after the wedding date.

The Client must download all media within this 30-day period.

Snap to Share is not responsible for retaining media after this timeframe.

No guarantee is made that files can be recovered after deletion.

5. Responsibility for Guest Uploads

Snap to Share:

Does not control what guests upload.

Is not responsible for inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, or unlawful content.

Reserves the right to remove content that violates platform standards or UK law.

The Client accepts responsibility for sharing QR codes responsibly.

6. Technical Limitations

Internet access is required for uploads.

Service may be affected by venue signal or WiFi issues.

Snap to Share is not liable for guest upload failures due to connectivity problems

outside reasonable control.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Guest-submitted data (including RSVP information where applicable) is used solely for the Client’s event.

Snap to Share does not sell or distribute personal data.

Data will be deleted after the service period unless otherwise agreed.

8. Printed Materials (If Applicable)

Printed materials will be produced using the details supplied by the Client.

The Client is responsible for checking spelling, dates, and event details before approval.

Snap to Share is not responsible for postal or courier delays outside its control.

9. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once QR codes have been generated and activated.

If cancellation occurs before activation, a refund may be issued at Snap to Share’s

discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Snap to Share’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.

Snap to Share is not liable for:

Guest failure to upload

Missed downloads after the 30-day window

Technical issues outside reasonable control
